As the prospect of peace dawns on the people of Northern Uganda and Southern Sudan, Juba Talks provides a reflection on the negotiations that are going on. Juba Talks come in the spirit of peace. While recognising that justice is important, sometimes peace needs to be achieved first.
Believe that although justice is important, peace must come first in certain cases. If justice is to be meaningful it must be applied equally to all parties in a conflict.
